Origins & Now

Hill of Beans Seed Co's seed saving and stewardship are inspired by Tom Culton (9/8/80 - 9/22/25), who usually had a pocket full of seeds. He loved the intertwining of plants and people and the stories that connected them.

This project is continued forward by his partner Alicia (and a beautiful community of people who've helped on the farm and from a distance) in honor of the way he chose to live life. Thank you for your support and planting seeds for the future.
